I use the boxing club up in Carlsbad but they have several locations through out the county…
It is a full gym with very kind of bag and medicine ball and mat. All the trainers fight and we have two boxing rings and an octagon, we also have al large fenced and padded floor for the Jujitsu classes. All the treadmills and bikes and such have cable TV and it also has a steam room and sauna. Free towels and magnetic lockers you can use where you just put your own code in... they do everything from just exercise endurance boxing and kick boxing to full ready to fight training in mui thai, boxing and jujitsu…
Its $80 a month but with how much they provide and the best of the equipment I think it’s worth it… they also have a bunch of everything so you never have to wait for anything which is great. All the jump ropes, different weight medicine alls, mats, shields in every size and bosue (sp?) balls are all provided…
The classes that are included are from intro to advised and sparring kick box, and boxing, and it’s an additional $20 a month or so to be in the jujitsu…
I definitely recommend it…
